Delivery & Returns

All orders that are in stock will be sent by 2nd Class post in 2-5 days from order.

If an item is marked as Out Of Stock please contact me via Contact and I will give you a delivery estimate.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me

within 7 working days from receipt of your purchase by email to cancel your order. Please explain your reason for wanting to return the order.

You will be issued with a return address when we have details of

the product.

Please then return items in their original packaging and condition. The cost of postage and packing for returned orders lies with the customer.

On receipt of the return, SheilaGalbraithDesigns.com will email you to let you know that a full refund has been issued. Commissions that have been made to order cannot be returned.
